After nearly 17 incredible years of dedication, Erica Swinney Staley is stepping down as Executive Director of Manufacturing Renaissance. Starting as a program coordinator, Erica worked tirelessly to advance MR’s mission, championing manufacturing as a transformative force for equitable community development. Under her leadership, MR expanded its impact and deepened its commitment to education and training. There’s no doubt that Erica will continue to do amazing things in her future endeavors.
We’re thrilled to welcome Pauline Lake as our new Acting Executive Director! 🎉 In her time as our Research and Instructional Design project Coordinator and Operations Manager, Pauline has displayed a deep commitment to MR’s mission and recently, she brilliantly guided the Early Warning Network training project and the update of the companion training manual.
Her exceptional work and extensive experience in organizational and project management make her the perfect leader for this next chapter.
